A two-day AIZ2017 Conference will be held in two different places located in the heart of the city centre of Florence.

The first day, Friday September 1^st the Opening ceremony will take place at Sala Verde of The Ente Cassa di Risparmio, via Bufalini 6, Florence, Italy

It is a foundation with banking origins which adopted its present name following the application of the so-called Amato Law, number 218/1990. As a result, in April 1992 the banking activities were entrusted to the newly-established joint stock company Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze Spa by the original Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze.

The second day, Saturday September 2^nd, the Conference will continue at INSTM Consortium located in Via G. Giusti 9, Florence, Italy. The National Interuniversity Consortium of Materials Science and Technology, is the largest consortium in Italy devoted to the research in the field of Materials Science, drawing on the expertise of 48 universities, all active in Italy in researching new advanced materials and their application technologies.
